• Weekly chef subscription services

KOKAYE acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the actual preparation or delivery of food.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

Chefs using our platform must:

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Placing Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase food from a chef. Orders are subject to chef acceptance and availability.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in the local currency
• Payment is processed at the time of order placement
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods
• Service fees and delivery charges may apply

4.3 Subscriptions

Weekly chef subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• One-time orders: Must be cancelled at least 4 hours before scheduled delivery
• Weekly subscriptions: Changes must be made by Thursday for the following week
• Late cancellations may be subject to charges

5.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are provided for cancelled orders within the allowed timeframe, food safety issues, or significant delivery problems. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

While we require chefs to follow food safety guidelines, customers are responsible for:

• Reviewing ingredient lists before ordering
• Properly storing and handling delivered food
• Consuming food within recommended timeframes

KOKAYE IS NOT LIABLE FOR ALLERGIC REACTIONS OR FOOD-BORNE ILLNESSES.

7. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

• You must be available to receive deliveries at the specified time
• Delivery addresses must be accurate and accessible
• Additional fees may apply for special delivery requests

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Post false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to access or interact with our platform
